You will need to be able to make decisions regarding the financial future of the company. The interviewer is looking for insight into your decision making process. Why are certain decisions more difficult than others? Sometimes the most difficult decisions are the ones you need to make quickly without much time or thought. Do you weigh the pros and cons? If you have been faced with challenging decisions at work, how did you make those decisions? What are the factors you consider?

What decisions are easiest for you to make? What are the most difficult?
Decisions about who to call for assistance; routing of forms, ordering supplies, budgetary questions are easiest for me to make. Questions relating to contracts, staffing and legal issues are most difficult.
Easy -work related, most difficult- related to people.
Necessary decisions are easy that don't necessarily affect people's lives. Those that do are difficult but I will do what needs to be done.
Most difficult are those who are connected with people and the easy ones are with fugurs.
Decision which would benefit the organization in the long run us easier whilst is difficult to make decisions for personal benefits.
Easiest to make is the day to day work hardest is what to do on down time.

Decisions pertaining to getting tasks completed are easier for me than those relating to personal conflicts.
Decisions regarding myself and my own choices come easy to me. Choices that affect other people can be difficult.
Decisions which will favourably impact my organisation are the easiest decisions to make. The most difficult situations is where there are high risks involved or where it may affect a member of the team.
Logical decisions are easy where there's a yes or no answer anything where there's a gray area in between or multiple options that can sometimes be difficult.
The easy decisions are ones that have a clearly laid path to yes or no. The difficult decisions are ones that require much thought and have both good and bad aspects to each choice.
Decisions that are totally professional are easier for me to make where as personal ones are difficult for me.
The easiest decision is to settle for invoices and the most difficult one is to raise funds.
