What decisions are easiest for you to make? What are the most difficult?
The easiest decision is to settle for invoices and the most difficult one is to raise funds.
Easiest to make is the day to day work hardest is what to do on down time.
Decisions about who to call for assistance; routing of forms, ordering supplies, budgetary questions are easiest for me to make. Questions relating to contracts, staffing and legal issues are most difficult.
Easy -work related, most difficult- related to people.
Decisions that are totally professional are easier for me to make where as personal ones are difficult for me.
Decisions which will favourably impact my organisation are the easiest decisions to make. The most difficult situations is where there are high risks involved or where it may affect a member of the team.

The easy decisions are ones that have a clearly laid path to yes or no. The difficult decisions are ones that require much thought and have both good and bad aspects to each choice.
Logical decisions are easy where there's a yes or no answer anything where there's a gray area in between or multiple options that can sometimes be difficult.

Necessary decisions are easy that don't necessarily affect people's lives. Those that do are difficult but I will do what needs to be done.
