I incorporate an immersive simulation where participants play arguing with colleagues while peers observe. After they present proposed solutions, I love the 'lightbulb moments' when individuals realize places they could have asked better clarifying questions. We discuss how easily assumptions derail mutual understanding.

The nods and smiles make the time investment to craft realistic scenarios worthwhile.
