Tell me about your previous work experience as telemarketer.
I received a call with a customer very upset saying they did not order what they are being charged for and that the phone rep lied to them. I listen to their problems and concerns and reassure them that we do not represent the company in that way and am very sorry that they did not get what they asked for.I then proceed and try and save the sale.

I was always the top producer and became supervisor but I decided to step down because it was more responsibility and less money. I enjoy being challenged to reach a new goal everyday whether it was as a team or reaching a personal goal.
