How do you handle high-stress situations at work?

The interviewer is really looking for past experiences where you have been in that have been stressful. They want to get to know your background better.

With ease! You have grown vertically in your profession with time, and it doesn't happen without being able to work through stressful times professionally and comfortably. Simply share with the interviewer that you are comfortable working through stressful situations. Answer Example

"I have learnt that whenever there is a situation where the level of tension is high, its best to stay calm and relaxed. Its better not to lose your patience as in case you become agitated or excited, it might effect your work and also the situation at work place. If the tension is due to high volume of work that needs to be done in a short time span, I try to prioritise my work and get it done one by one."
