18. Tell me about a time you led a difficult project.

If your job requires you to lead teams through projects and accomplishing goals, brace yourself to answer questions about the ways you have done these things in the past. Reflect on your past experience to provide an example that demonstrates your strengths when it comes to leading teams. You want to provide an example that highlights your abilities as a leader.
