1. Give example of a situation where you worked in a rapidly evolving environment. How did you deal with the situation?
How to Answer
While answering this question one thing that you may really want to emphasise on is the fact that you are highly adaptable and you won't take a long time to adjust to the new company and its working style. Having said that, you may also want to support your comment by some concrete evidence.
Written by Nisha Yadav
Answer Example
"For me no two places or people are the same and I believe that a successful person is the one who knows how to adjust to the changes around him/her. I love communicating with different types of people and its this ability to adapt according to their styles that makes me successful with that. When I started working in my last job, I was new to this profession and had no idea of the culture and the working style. I nevertheless adapted to the whole thing quickly and was one of the ideal employees of the casino in a very short time span."

7. What is more important for you - the money or the work?
How to Answer
Well, we all know the definitive answer to this question especially ensconced in an interview room! You have probably heard the terms "live to work" and "work to live"? Well you would be very fortunate to be in the echelons of the former but for the most of us it is the latter. Whatever is your choice for this answer, try to avoid saying money for this job. A job that requires handling a lot of money everyday needs someone who is there for the love of that job and not for the money. Of course there will be a lot of tips as well but try to focus on the good parts of job description and mention those in your answer as your motivation.

The intention is to portray yourself as someone who adapts easily as per the situation presented.
