In that time of confusion, I decided to take the lead and managed the whole event until the supervisor came back. He was very happy with my work."

      "At a previous job, I took on responsibilities and challenges in the place of my sous chef, and chef when they were not there, I open up the kitchen, for dinner service, made a prep list, made the soup of the day. I did the ordering. I supervise the rest the cooks in the kitchen, made sure all the prep was done, and the cooks did what they were suppose to do. I also closed out the kitchen."
