"An example of when I was calm in a high-stress situation, was when two of my coworkers were getting into a really heated conversation that almost started into a fight. I was on the other side of the line, I ran over to them calmly, even though I was freaking out because I didn’t want them to jeopardize their jobs and hurt each other. Another coworker and I were able to stop them."
