The hiring manager wants to know your strengths and weaknesses as an employee. Were you late or absent a lot? Did you get along well with the team? How do you handle tough situations? Refrain from making up answers that aren't true, as you're never sure if they'll make a call to your previous boss. Instead, focus on 2-3 traits of yours that have been highly complimented and tie them in to the role you're applying for.

"I have been praised for my punctuality, communication skills and attention to detail a lot. I believe my supervisor might mention those. They may as well mention one or two things more which I may not be aware of but since I have always been honest and dedicated to my job, you will mostly get a good feedback."
