When I started working in my last job, I was new to this profession and had no idea of the culture and the working style. I nevertheless adapted to the whole thing quickly and was one of the ideal employees of the casino in a very short time span."

"An example of a situation would be working in the kitchen. We were staffed for a slower day, one year during Opening Day. There was only a sous chef as our manager. When we opened for business, it was really busy. We got hit with a lot of orders, and it was hard to keep up. As in almost any situation in a kitchen, the unexpected happens, and I have to work through it, and not lose my cool. I had to stay focused on getting through the orders. When I had a second, I would help my workers push out their dishes. And we can finish the night as smoothly as possible."
