How do you handle a heavy workload?

"In my current role as an account manager, there have been times when my workload has been heavy, so I understand how daunting this can be. However, when I have a large workload on my plate, I do not stress over the tasks in front of me. Instead, I make a simple plan of which tasks are a high priority and which ones are lower and tackle my work this way. A heavy workload in this industry often means an increase in sales which is a good thing!"

      The workload of a senior account manager can fluctuate throughout the year. There may be times where your workload is heavy due to an increase in sales, clients, or business opportunities. As the senior manager, your workload may also fluctuate based on your team. The interviewer wants to know that you can handle the workload required of you in this position and that you will not become overwhelmed if/when workloads unexpectedly increase. When workloads increase, stress levels do too. Explain how you react during these times and how you maintain your stress level.
