A screenwriter often has to work with a team of writers, and even with editors, and those who produce the show. Sometimes they are even directed by clients dictating the plot line of the entire duration of the screenplay. The candidate must be able to work well with a team and coordinate jobs, and should discuss their success in doing so in previous careers.
