How to Answer
As a School Cross Guard you will be required to work a flexible schedule that includes guarding around the school in the mornings, at lunch times, and after school. Split shifts may be required but you do not need to work weekends and holidays. Assure the interviewer that you do not have other obligations that may get in the way of you performing the job correctly.
