Okay, let's back up a bit. What do you know about your potential employer? There's no way for you to tell the interviewer anything remotely close to what they want to hear until you know something about them. This question is similar to "Why do you want to work for us," in that it addresses some of those factors you look for in a company, like their values and their work environment. Interviewers want to hear that you are interested enough in the company to research their accomplishments, employee reviews and recent innovations or changes they are implementing.
