I assess situation & prioritize to get things done.
Be communicating with others.
I exercise by going out for a walk. I do some deep breathing and I pray to god.
Stay calm and explain the procedures.
I feel like stress is a way to stay mentally strong and motivated to try your best and achieve the goal.
I just tell myself it's a temporary situation and I just endure through it.
I take a deep breath and I focus on the most important task I have. I feel as if I owe it to my patients to stay focused and calm.
I remain calm, I breathe, and focus on the task at hand. I wait until I'm in private to unwind and vent if I need to.

I try to be calm during stressful situations because I know otherwise things will be out of hand. I think through problems and try to figure out solutions instead of stressing about it.
