How do you handle stressful situations?

When you think of a stressful situation at work, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Now think of how you responded. Do you feel like you were able to deal with the stress or did it overwhelm you? If the stress was too much, what are you doing now to make sure you can handle it better next time? The interviewer wants to know that you can deal with stress at work and in your life. Here's an example of how to respond:

How do you handle stressful situations?
I am very focused and evaluate situation step by step.
I am usually the calm person in stressful situations but quick on my feet.
I handle them with focus, knowledge, and not affected with pressure from stress.
In stressful situations I take deep breaths to center myself. I keep a level head and get myself through the situation. In my downtime, outside of work, I participate in yoga classes and find it very helpful to relieve stress.
By breathing deep, taking time to stop and think and remember my training, and by working and communicating with my care team.
Analyst whats the priority.
I try to control my breathing, try to understand the situation at hand and try to figure out how to be one step ahead of what needs to be done.
Iam very focussed and evalutate the situation.
I feel like stress is a way to stay mentally strong and motivated to try your best and achieve the goal.
I remain calm, I breathe, and focus on the task at hand. I wait until I'm in private to unwind and vent if I need to.

I try to be calm during stressful situations because I know otherwise things will be out of hand. I think through problems and try to figure out solutions instead of stressing about it.
I assess situation & prioritize to get things done.
I exercise by going out for a walk. I do some deep breathing and I pray to god.
Breathe, take myself away even for a couple of minutes, focus on the benefits.
