      Answer Example

"Last year, I was in charge of a small team of working onsite at customers' homes. Because our work was performed outside, we had to plan ahead for inclement weather. Leading up to a Friday, the forecast was for very strong storms and after talking with my manager, I decided to cancel work for Friday and make Saturday mandatory for almost all of our team. Because it was a high priority project with a confirmed deadline with the customer, finishing on Saturday was necessary. I talked with my team, and they certainly weren't happy about working on Saturday. I let them decide among themselves who would be the one person not needed to work on Saturday and they did. As it turned out, it was a solid decision, as torrential rain and extreme winds made it impossible to work that day, and we finished the project on Saturday by noon."
