We had experienced a loss in revenue due to many unnecessary recalls that were attached to human error. Many of these employees had been with us for a long time. Unfortunately,; safety, revenue and productivity come first in our industry and we had to replace these staff members. Once the new employees were trained, we saw an immediate increase in revenue."
