"I best deal with stress by prioritizing my responsibilities. As I know things could easily get out of hand if I don't have a clear plan of action. Knowing what is most important and then working from there helps me take one step at a time and stay calm even if the situation is challenging."

      Chad's Feedback

Good answer! Prioritizing your responsibilities and taking things one step at a time is an effective way to manage stress. If possible, include a personal example of a time in your career when you faced a stressful situation, and effectively dealt with the pressure using this strategy.
