When your coworkers are unhappy, they bring the whole workplace down! Are you able to encourage and motivate your coworkers just as you do with your clients? What would you say to your unhappy coworker? "I would talk with them and find out what was wrong. I try my best to be understanding and listen. If there was anything I could do to help, I would offer it. I would also try to be positive and make them laugh. It's important to have a positive work environment, and I do my best to contribute!"

How would you handle a situation with an unhappy coworker?

I would ask them what the problem was and try to resolve it with them .

Pull them to one side and ask them how they are feeling at this precise time in life. Is there anyhting I can help them with.

Talk to them and try and see what is troubling them.

Calm, collective and listen to their needs.

Listen to their views and refer to a person who is in charge of customer service. Be compassionate and understanding and let them know that their feedback is appreciated and taken on board.
