Listen to their views and refer to a person who is in charge of customer service. Be compassionate and understanding and let them know that their feedback is appreciated and taken on board.
I would try to talk to the co-worker and find out what the reasoning for it is. If it's something that I'm doing wrong I would try to fix it.
Talk to them and try and see what is troubling them.
I would ask about what is the problem if I can help to him or her somehow.
Asking, good advice and listen.
Be polite and try my best to cheer.
Understand why they are unhappy.
I would try to find out what was wrong by speaking to them casually and in private.
Moods are contagious, putting on a good smile all the time can affect someone that usually has bad mood and also patience is very important with such.
Apologize is required and follow up.
