You have been asked to set up a meeting. What actions will you take?

"Answer example, "Depending on who the meeting is with, I will reach out to that person or their team to discuss best availability and the meeting agenda. The agreed upon time will go on the calendar, with an invitation to all parties (including their assistants) and a reminder/agenda will go out prior to the meeting so everyone is on the same page walking into the session.       This one should be easy! Simply list what steps you typically take. You might include:



      - I send a meeting request to all parties who need to be involved which designates the meeting time and location.

      - I ensure any photocopies are made that are necessary for the meeting.

      - I ensure all electronic equipment that is needed is set up and prepared for the meeting.

      - I ensure the conference room is tidy ahead of time.

      - I ensure there are enough chairs in the conference room for the number of attendees.

      - I ensure I have water and snacks available if outside guests will be attending the meeting.

      - If anyone does not respond to my meeting request within 3 days of the meeting, I reach out to see if they will be attending.

      - I ensure I am at the front door to greet any outside guests who will be attending the meeting.
