If you have ever encountered a situation like this, you understand the sensitivity and legality of it. Confidentiality when it comes to patient information is yet another issue you need to be careful with. Hopefully, you have not been faced with accusations of any sort. Draw from your knowledge and your education. When you learn about ethical issues in the hospital, you come to learn how to deal with the red tape and how to respond to family members involved. If you are unsure how to handle this, take some time to refresh your member and do a little research.
