What is one of the most difficult things about being a nursing aide?

Working in the healthcare field means there are days that are exciting and fun, and there are days that are sometimes difficult or sad. Being able to identify things that are difficult to you and learning to adjust to those difficult times while still performing your job well is an important skill for a nursing aide to learn. The interviewer wants to know what you consider 'difficult' and how you cope with those times.
