      Marcie's Feedback

This is a good weakness to mention because it can also be seen as a positive (i.e., you work hard, don't like to disappoint others, and are always willing to help). Don't forget, however, to tell the interviewer what steps you're taking to improve this weakness. Have you been making an effort to say no in certain instances? How do you decide whether to say yes or no? Have you set up specific boundaries? Also, how did you get to the point where you realized that sometimes you need to say no? Is your mental health better now that you're improving in this area? Provide more color to really impress the interviewer with your response.
