      Network Technologies evolve at a very rapid pace. New products, techniques, and technologies are being developed continuously. Keeping up with these developments and staying current with new technologies is a challenging task. However, failing to do so will put you and the organization behind the curve and may result in lower performance or security vulnerabilities with the network. Since staying current with technology is an important part of your job, you should have a plan for doing so and be able to describe it to the interviewer. Your answer may look something like this: "I recognize the need to stay current with evolving technologies, and have made this a part of my job during my entire career.
