Answer Example
"A client of my coworker requested to be placed under my care. Naturally, this caused a bit of awkwardness between my colleague and me. Later on, the client told me that she preferred someone closer to her age, and her choice had nothing to do with the quality of my colleague's performance. I relayed this to my colleague, and we returned to our easy camaraderie."
