Massage therapists may receive negative feedback from a client. In any industry, it is hard to please everyone even if you provide the best service possible. After a long day, the last thing you want to hear is negative feedback. However, negative feedback can be constructive if you learn how to use it. You can make improvements to your performance by applying this new information. Sometimes negative feedback is a good thing!
