Aside from making sure clients book an appointment before I receive them, I make sure that sessions end at the right time so I have enough downtime to relax and get ready for the next appointment. Since I also need to be able to stay on my feet for long hours, I exercise regularly and maintain a proper diet to ensure my physical wellbeing and stamina."
