"When evaluating a client before a session, I take careful notes of what they say so that I can recommend the best treatment based on my client's needs. More often than not, I have clients who are initially reluctant to try massage therapy, so I do my best to reassure them and make them comfortable. I explain that at any time they feel uncomfortable, they need to tell me immediately, and I will discontinue what I am doing."
