      Answer Example

"My analytical skills are put to work most often when it comes to analyzing the performance of my team, and the performance of a project upon wrap up. When we complete a project I will comb through all of the data, results, other reports to see what went very well, and where we could have improved. It's important to me that I review these factors in detail so that we can improve where needed, on the next project."

      Experienced

"I would say that, as a Marketing Communications Manager, my analytical skills come into play most often when we are beginning a new project. I use important data to decide which team players should work on certain aspects of the project. I analyze what our clients need to see, and in what timeline. Also, I break down audience analytics and organize our research needs. My current role is very creative; however, it's also very analytical."
