The most successful research project would be Project Helios wherein eight of the subcategories under Mobile Accessories were under scrutinization and would have been paused due to high IPS/low NPS. I conducted an overall subcategory level analysis, then brand level and then seller level. Faulty and wrong product delivered were found to be the highest occurring issues. I proposed brand rules to be implemented on each brand under each of these eight subcats resulting in a low IPS.

Research does require time, to get the best of everything does, so working 60 hours a week should not be a problem on a research project.

When I am involved in a project that I care deeply about I get extremely invested in seeing it through until I find the solution that will work best for it.

As a designer, you run into times where your vision and what others find interesting clashes. When a disagreement occurs it is best to take into consideration what both parties want and see if there is a way to make both parties get what they want or at least see whether one idea has more solid groundings than another. Or possibly a solution we had not thought of that would make it work best.

My favorite technique is choosing a sample of the people that bought and having a questionnaire about how well the product met their needs and seeing whether the price point matches with what the most highest buying demographic wants in a product.

Yes. In my research, we found positive value for NO oxidation pathway, which we take a look for a long time and thought that this is a problem with our data. We did a lot of checking back and forth and through experimental confirmation, it turned out to be true.
