Why the Interviewer Asks This Question
The interviewer wants to know how active you are in your search for new employment. If you are applying to other hospitals, be sure to say so. Word travels fast in the healthcare industry. Be sure to tell the interviewer why you chose to apply for their position and why you would like this job over the others you have applied to. Assure the interviewer that their hospital offers an opportunity that would be the best fit for you.
