      1st Answer Example

"I prefer to work with those who are punctual, reliable, and can take accountability for their workload. With that said, I understand that I can only be responsible for my work ethic, so I do not allow any delinquent co-workers to affect my performance."

      2nd Answer Example

"I certainly prefer to work with like-minded people who are go-getters and understand the meaning of hard work. It can be frustrating to work with people who have no drive or are lazy in general, but I ignore them and go about my day."

      Anonymous Answer

"The type of team members I dislike working with are those who are irresponsible, taking advantage of work time when no one is supervising him or her and being judgemental. I make sure it won't affect me when it comes to work because we are responsible for our guests all the time. They count on us on their safety."

      Rachelle's Feedback

Try to keep pronouns out of your response, and take a slightly lighter approach.
"I prefer working with team members who are responsible. When working with co-workers who are irresponsible or make poor judgment calls, it puts our guests' safety at risk."
