How to Answer

Do you prefer a little instruction? Do you prefer to figure things out on your own? Do you like interaction with your manager every day? Do you like a manager who sets the example, or do you like to set your own tone? Do you prefer ongoing communication, or do you prefer a formal meeting one time per week? Lay out what you like in a management style for the interviewer. It will help the manager understand how to set you at ease if you are hired for the job.

2.
A team work management style.
3.
I like to work with a manager who is professional, willing to teach, is available, and inspires through their own work ethic.
4.
Democratic - I feel that this works best as everyone is able to put their opinions forward.
5.
I prefer to work with a management style that gives great instructions and training on how to do the job and then lets me be independent in performing the duties of the job.
