To satisfy my boss and the client.
Job security, positive job environment, professional growth.
What is the top 3 things most important about a job.
Number one is definitely the atmosphere, I believe its important for the work environment to be positive and influential. Another is room for growth.
The most important things to me in a job is a great environment, understanding, and great work ethic.
Environment, clear instructions and team work.
Professional growth, job security, sense of belonging.
Having a positive environment, a place where there is room for learning, and is team oriented.
Communications, dependable, and good listener.
There has to be variety, you must be passionate about the work you are doing and there must be a good working environment.

The three most important things for me in a job is one where I can apply the skills that I have taught, such as my analytical and critical thinking abilities. It is also important to me to find a job that offers growth and real life experiences where I can learn more about the legal profession and have hands on experience. It is also important to me to work in an environment where I can learn alot from my peers and suprevisors.
