"I value honesty and support. I am seeking an employer who understands the value of work/life balance and is supportive."

      Lauren's Answer

It would be helpful to the interviewer if you expanded upon your thoughts of honesty and support in the workplace. With specificity around those subjects, they will get a better sense of your work style and culture expectations. Cultural fit is always on the forefront of an interviewer’s mind.
