How do you handle stressful situations?

I always remain calm and collected. I always try to find a solution to the problem, and if that one isnt available, I continue to find the next best solution.
I try to keep a leveled head when dealing with a stressful situation. I try not to let the pressure push me into making a decision that I may regret. Slowing down and controlling the situation allows me to fully view the problem and trouble shoot with the best results.
In a stressful situation I stop do a quick breather to calm myself and put myself in a calming state to what I have to done and then think about it after it's all over.
I take a deep breath, make a plan to complete my task. No matter how big a task is it always gets finished the same way, one step at a time.

I will take it easy and carry on my work in any stressful situation and will ask for help to my senior staff or my line manager if necessary.
Make a list in order of importance and work my way through it.
Quitely and calmly. Then I go home and thats where the crying starts. But at work, gotta keep my poker face on.
