"One thing I would change about the auditor's role in my current company would be taking a bit of the more junior workload off of the audit managers in order to ensure utmost efficiency. For example, I take time every week to scan resume's that come into my department. I would love to have an HR Administrator who could screen resume's for me so that more of my time is spent on the audit related tasks where I am most trained."
