12. If a co-worker corrected you in front of a patient, what would you do?
How to Answer
This is a tricky question because you want to display a fine line of confidence, to be a team player, and to be able to admit when you are in error. You also want to show that you can remain calm in front of the patient and resolve any conflict in private.

Answer Example
"I would not appreciate being corrected in front of a patient, as I would not want the patient to lose confidence in my abilities. I am always open to feedback at an appropriate time and place. If a co-worker chose to correct me in front of a patient, I would gracefully accept the feedback but would request, in private, that they handle it more professionally in the future."
