"Recently, my family and I went out to dinner, and there was a 20-minute wait for a table. The server greeted our table and said she would be with us in a few minutes, but she still hadn't taken our drink order ten minutes later. Another server, probably realizing our impatience, greeted us, apologized for the delay, and placed our order. That server ensured we had everything we needed until the other server caught up and even checked on us when our meals arrived. She was enthusiastic and understood why we were getting impatient. She even made sure to say goodbye when we were leaving."
