      Answer Example

"Usually, I restock the paper bags when the checkout lines are slow. However, I forgot to refill the paper bags during a busy shift, and we ran out at the worst possible time. So the manager and I were scrambling to restock the bags, which frustrated the cashiers and customers. The manager pulled me aside and reminded me to follow the daily checklist when it quieted down. Of course, I was disappointed, but I learned if I had done it when it was slow, things would have gone smoothly when we were busy."
