"I made an error on a wedding bouquet last month. Rather than white roses, I used yellow roses. I wrote down the work order incorrectly. Thankfully I had the time to re-do the arrangement and we gave the customer free delivery for the inconvenience. I apologized profusely and made a follow up call to the customer the next week to offer a free arrangement in the future."
