Have you ever had a dispute with a customer? How did you handle it?

"I have had some customer disputes in my career and am confident in my ability to manage them well. I will be assertive when necessary but I find that most disputes start from a small misunderstanding that can be easily fixed. If a customer is unhappy I will simply ask them to tell me what would make them happy. I will find a workaround from there."
