While hiring managers are often looking for a candidate who can fill a certain position or time slot, the candidate should mention what times they work best, yet also mention how they are able to adjust to various working hours over time. The candidate should demonstrate ultimately that regardless of the hours they work, their work will remain consistent and strong.
