I enjoy working with an organization where I am able to be a valuable asset, help the establishment capitalize on continuous improvement, profitability, and serve as an important team member. I am the best candidate for the position as failure is not an option. I always give 100%. I would bring a sense of urgency to get the job done, and completed properly and in a timely and effective manner. I would also bring an eye for efficiency and feeling of ownership toward my job to where I would be able to improve the culture of company and employees, build an environment where everyone feel like a valuable part of the team and help improve the welfare of the organization.

Be cause I have 30+ years experience in the construction field. I bought my first revenue house when I was 18 I completely gutted and remodeled the 21/2 story house. I have 15 years experience on campus 11/2 with health and safety 7years with materials handling and 7 years with general maintenance and I have a great working relationship with all the trades, prject managers and a number of departments all over campus.
