How to Answer

Stress can often be a regular part of the day to day work experience. Talk to the interviewer about which areas of your career are the most stressful. Ensure that your answer does not include a factor that would make you appear unfit for the position. (IE: an environmental scientist should not research to be the most stressful part of the job).

What kind of events cause you stress on the job? How do you deal with stress?
Events that stress me out on jobs are; lack of communication, poor planning, and laziness of co-workers.
The kinds of events that cause stress on the job are when my project or objectives aren't clear. If I am unsure about how to do something or it is unclear it can make the work stressful. But usually in these types of situations I ask a manager or someone close in the field.
