"I always make sure patients feel safe by introducing myself by name and title and explaining to the patient that everything will be done at their own pace. If they need to stop or take any breaks or need a bit more explained to them about the treatment, I'm willing and happy to do so. I don't want them ever to feel discriminated for being nervous about the dentist, and I will make this very clear to them that I'm willing to take all the time and reassurance they need to feel more relaxed and comfortable."

      Rachelle's Feedback

It seems you are very patient and caring, two important characteristics of a dental hygienist. Nice job walking the interviewer through your approach with a nervous patient.
