My greatest area that I had to develop is communication by thinking before I speak and find that listening is most important in communication and I have found that in my development good communication I have found myself to be a good listener. I am planning to go to toast masters to continue in developing the skill of good communication skills.
I would like to develop more and learn more classroom management techniques as far as discipline is concerned. I believe positive discipline such as rewarding good behaviors and redirection is very useful. I am always looking. For new ways to implement these techniques.
I am willing to learn all I can to advance in this field and to obtain my required traiing.
