What tools do you use when finding local suggestions for tourists?

"I have a few tricks up my sleeve which is all tech-based since I am a fan of technology and the many apps that are available. First, Google Maps is my go-to. I also utilize online review sites such as Yelp and Zomato. I also keep tabs on all of the local sites and attractions like museums, parks, and festivals. Which resources are your go-to for helping tourists find a great new experience?"

      How to Answer

      The interviewer would like to know that you are tech savvy, and resourceful when it comes to making suggestions to your tourist clients. If a client comes up to your desk and asks for the nearest Ethiopian cuisine - how do you make that quickly happen?

      Discuss the apps and other resources that you most frequently. It's a great idea also to ask the interviewer what their favorite resources are. You never know what you can learn!
