Question 1 of 30

What does your bench look like during games?

"I want my players to be ready to get in the game, so I have all my players stand up so their bodies are awake. This also helps for when my middles are subbing in and out for the librero; in the past I had players that would forget when they were switching in and would stay on the bench, once I had them stand up they were more focused in the game."
