Question 7 of 25

How do you voice your concerns to parents when unexpected issues arise?

"I think it's important for everyone to be on the same page, so I am open and direct in my communication with parents. I share my observations and ask questions to find out if there is something going on at home that could be affecting the child's behavior. I treat my relationship with the parents like we are a team, asking what we can all do together in order to help the child be successful."

Dealing with parents can be tricky! It's important for you to communicate any odd behaviors or observations for the child's well-being.
