1. Someone wanted a cake a wasn't sure what she wanted I made her a two tier super hero cake with 20 matching cupcakes and she was delighted.

2. Its my first job so I will come early and if to meet customer values of money I have to stay late I will.

3. I was told to just pressure wash the drive way of a residence because the customer couldn't afford to have the whole house done, so I did the drive way and washed the house for free.

4. A time I went above and beyond was nearly anytime I created a balloon bouquet at Party City. I was quick at my job and knew my way around well, so I could put together really nice bouquets for low prices. I had a family come in for a football birthday party. I showed them balloons that had not been put out front, and made them a great bouquet, they really loved it.

5. I had a woman request a cake for a gender reveal and she wanted something extra special for it. I spent a good hour looking up ideas and came up with a cake skirt tutu. Which she would be able to do herself. She asked if I could do it and she'd just spend extra for it and I agreed because its definitely make the cake stand out more. It took a good hour to make but it was so worth it to see how happy she was with it.

6. One of my customers was looking for a product that we, nor any store within my region had. I took down her information and contacted home office to track down the item for her, I was able to get it next day shipped to my store, and the customer was able to come in for her product!

7. I don't believe in above and beyond. I am here to serve customer needs. In one case a bakery did not come through on a wedding cake and the customer came in to my store in a panic to get us to make one on short notice. I worked it into my schedule and got the cake to the wedding.
